Requirements
- Licensed PTA in California

Responsibilities
- Work under the direction of licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) to implement treatment plans.
- Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, and independence.
- Document resident progress.
- Communicate with the care team.
- Bring energy, encouragement, and empathy to every session.
