Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Current Michigan PTA license or eligibility for licensure.
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
A compassionate, patient-focused approach to rehabilitation.

Nice To Haves

Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is a plus.
New graduates are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Implement individualized treatment plans to improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence.
Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising PT.
Document treatments and patient responses accurately and promptly.
Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, patients, and families to support quality care.
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, and safety techniques.
