About The Position
The Physical Therapist Assistant provides Physical Therapy services to guests by assisting with treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication while working under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. The role includes instructing patients and family members in home programs and activities of daily living. The position is part of a collaborative, team-centric healthcare environment focused on individualized, person-centered treatment plans, evidence-based clinical practices, patient advocacy, holistic care, continuity of care, and supportive surroundings. Newly credentialed graduates are welcome to apply.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
- Current Physical Therapist Assistant licensure.
- Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- CPR certification.
