About The Position
Join a dedicated therapy team in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting, where you’ll support Physical Therapists in delivering individualized treatment plans that help residents return to their highest level of function. This role focuses on hands-on patient care with a primarily geriatric population in a team-driven environment. Ideal for a Physical Therapist Assistant seeking schedule flexibility, clinical stability, and a supportive rehab team.
Requirements
- A valid, unrestricted license in his/her therapy discipline in the state.
- Meet educational requirements of his/her licensure requirements.
- Valid driver’s license in the state of employment.
- Knowledgeable of skilled nursing home regulations, procedures, laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.
Responsibilities
- Support Physical Therapists in delivering individualized treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on patient care with a primarily geriatric population.
