Requirements
- Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist Assistant license
- Attentive communication and accurate documentation skills

Responsibilities
- Carry out treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Practice walking, balance, transfers, and strengthening with residents
- Monitor how residents respond to activity and share updates with the PT
- Work with nursing and the rehab team to coordinate treatment
- Document each session and residents' progress
