About The Position
Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center | North Andover, MA. This role involves working with residents after illness, injury, or a hospital stay to help them rebuild the skills needed for everyday routines.
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license
- Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills

Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents' ability to manage self-care and other daily activities
- Set functional goals and provide individualized occupational therapy
- Address upper body strength, coordination, and safe use of adaptive equipment
- Update treatment plans as residents' needs and abilities change
- Document care and coordinate with nursing and the rehab team
