About The Position

It is a travel job with a duration of 13 weeks, requiring 40 total work week hours. The shift is Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30). Compensation includes a Gross Weekly Pay of $2188.80, with a Weekly Taxable Amount of $800.0 and a Weekly Stipend/Non-Taxable Amount of $1388.80. Stipends require duplicating expenses; mileage reimbursements are offered for driving instead of relocating. Rates assume Travel, and locals within 50 miles may have a rate adjustment. We also offer a price match for higher offers.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience required
- Current Resume with up to 7 year work history, with gaps explained - position, unit, job type, city, state must be indentified for each assignment
- Negative TB Test (Within 12 Months)
- Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella
- Current - Tdap/Flu Vaccinations
- Must be able to pass pre-employment, background and drug screening
- PTA Oregon license required
- BLS certification required
