We're seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Monroe, Michigan for a flexible 15-hour-per-week schedule. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current Michigan PTA license (or eligible)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

• Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred but not required
• New graduates are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, and independence
• Accurately document patient progress and treatments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide outstanding patient care
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercise programs and safety techniques
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and company regulations
