About The Position

STAR Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant in New Orleans, LA. A full-time position with 40 hours per week is available. Candidates with part-time availability will also be considered. The ideal candidate should be personable with good communication skills. New grad Physical Therapist Assistants will be supported and mentored. The Physical Therapist Assistant hired will work in an outpatient orthopedic clinic, treating patients of all ages. The caseload will focus primarily on general orthopedic conditions with a secondary emphasis on vestibular rehabilitation. The clinician will be part of a supportive clinical team. Full-time PTAs should expect to treat about 40 patients per week.

Requirements

• Graduation from a Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• State license as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Eligible for LA state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Personable with good communication skills.
