About The Position

Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or license eligible in the state of practice.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to improve patients’ mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
Implement patient-centered treatment plans supporting recovery, safety, pain management, and long-term rehabilitation goals.
Deliver hands-on therapy interventions to enhance movement, endurance, and quality of life for adult and geriatric patients.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support patient outcomes and continuity of care.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs.
