About The Position

Hillcrest Home Health is hiring a Physical Therapist to provide personalized therapy in patients’ homes in Council Bluffs, Iowa and/or the Omaha Metro Area. The position offers full-time, part-time, or casual scheduling options, with daytime hours and flexible scheduling. The therapist will work independently while receiving collaborative leadership and clinical support from the home health team. Pay is competitive and based on experience. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active PT license in the state(s) served or eligibility for licensure.
• At least 1 year of Physical Therapist experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Passion for helping patients thrive in their own homes.

• Home health experience is strongly preferred.
