About The Position

Under the direct supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, the Physical Therapist Assistant performs prescribed client treatment programs and activities and provides technical assistance regarding therapeutic programs, methods, and equipment. The work follows Concentra Medical Centers’ Injury Process Management and rehabilitation philosophy in occupational medicine. The role requires ongoing discretion and secure management of confidential and critical information.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program with an Associate’s degree.
• Meet the licensure or registration requirements of the state of jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Perform client treatment programs and activities as prescribed under the direct supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Provide technical assistance regarding therapeutic programs, methods, and equipment.
• Follow Concentra Medical Centers’ Injury Process Management and occupational medicine rehabilitation philosophy.
• Maintain discretion and secure management of confidential and critical information.
