About The Position
PruittHealth is hiring a full-time, licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing facility in Stockbridge, Georgia. The PTA helps patients improve mobility, restore function, and achieve greater independence while supporting individualized rehabilitation goals under the direction of a Physical Therapist. Compensation is up to $100,000 annually, based on experience, schedule, and location. The posting also offers a stay-and-earn sign-on bonus of up to $12,000. Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
- Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and mobility activities.
- Monitor patient performance and communicate progress to the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Support rehabilitation goals through individualized treatment interventions.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation.
- Educate patients and families on safety and mobility strategies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
