About The Position
Emplify Health is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to help patients regain function, improve mobility, and achieve rehabilitation goals. The PTA works closely with Physical Therapists and an interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality therapy services, provide patient education, and support positive outcomes. The position is based at the Prairie Du Chien Clinic and is 0.4 FTE, or 32 hours bi-weekly (16 scheduled hours per week). The schedule is Monday/Wednesday or Monday/Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Starting pay is $25.72 per hour, with additional pay based on experience. Requirements
- Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) licensure in the state(s) of practice.
- Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers certification, including hands-on learning, from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
