Requirements

Graduate (current or pending) of an accredited physical therapy assistant program
Active or pending state physical therapist assistant license
New graduates encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional therapy services in a home health setting.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, nurses, and physicians.
Deliver collaborative, coordinated, patient-centered care.

Participate in thoughtful scheduling and work within defined territories.
