Requirements

  • Graduate (current or pending) of an accredited physical therapy assistant program
  • Active or pending state physical therapist assistant license
  • New graduates encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional therapy services in a home health setting.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, nurses, and physicians.
  • Deliver collaborative, coordinated, patient-centered care.
  • Manage a diverse and engaging caseload.
  • Participate in thoughtful scheduling and work within defined territories.
  • Minimize drive time between patient visits.
  • Engage in individualized support for professional growth.
  • Work collaboratively with Pruitt Home Healthcare colleagues.
