About The Position
TheraDynamics is a therapist-owned rehabilitation company with over 20 years of experience delivering patient outcomes across the Tri-State area. In its Skilled Nursing setting, the Physical Therapist Assistant evaluates and treats patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological events, cardiac conditions, and general deconditioning. The role develops individualized treatment plans and collaborates with the interdisciplinary care team to help patients achieve meaningful functional outcomes and return to their highest level of independence. The company emphasizes manageable caseloads, clinical autonomy, evidence-based care, reasonable productivity expectations, and supportive teamwork with nursing, physicians, and families. Requirements
- Associate's degree from an accredited PT program.
- Current or eligible for Connecticut State PTA license.
- Passion for geriatric rehabilitation and functional outcomes.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
