Responsibilities

Deliver personalized treatment interventions in collaboration with the Physical Therapist.
Help patients build strength, mobility, confidence, and independence.
Progress exercises and activities based on each patient’s response and established plan of care.
Provide evidence-based care with a personal touch.
Educate and encourage patients throughout their recovery journey.
Collaborate closely with PTs and the broader care team to support exceptional outcomes.
Continuously grow through learning, feedback, and hands-on experience.
