Requirements
- Licensed PTA who thrives in a team environment and is passionate about providing exceptional care.
- Proactive communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Adaptable professional who can efficiently manage caseloads, documentation, and scheduling.
- Someone ready to step in and maintain continuity of care in the absence of a PT, demonstrating leadership and initiative.
- Interest and/or expertise in pelvic health.
Responsibilities
- Collaborative Caseload Management - Work alongside two experienced Physical Therapists (PTs), managing a partial caseload of 4 visits per day.
- Assist in documenting sessions in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, building lasting relationships, and maintaining their schedules to ensure a high completion rate of treatment plans.
- Adaptability in Action - Flexibility is key. In the absence of a PT due to illness, vacation, or other duties, you'll step in, ensuring continuity of care and maintaining the high standards of service Mobility Fit is known for.
- Patient Scheduling Mastery - Take the helm of patient schedules, adeptly handling rescheduling needs and future appointments, ensuring that each patient progresses through their full plan of care with maximum efficiency and satisfaction.
