About The Position

HSHS St. John's Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant II to join their rehab team in a PRN capacity. The ideal candidate will be prepared to treat all assigned patients and execute the treatment plan as outlined by the plan of care. This role also serves as an educator for patients, families, students, co-workers, and for self-professional advancement. The Physical Therapist Assistant II will perform other professional duties associated with the care of patients, development of therapy program services, and engagement and development of interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Graduate (e.g., Associate) from an accredited program which meets the licensure requirements in the state of practice (Required).
• 2+ years of experience.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant required.
• Certified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment required.

Nice To Haves

• Board Certification which meets rigorous standards of maintenance or certification (Preferred).
