About The Position

The Physical Therapist Aide serves as a liaison between patients and the Physical Therapist, assisting patients from arrival through departure and helping ensure a positive experience. JAG Physical Therapy is a comprehensive outpatient orthopedic physical therapy company with more than 150 facilities across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. The role supports patient care and clinic operations by maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly facility, helping patients access treatment, and assisting with scheduling and phone calls as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changing situations.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work both as a team member and individually with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Call patients from the waiting room into treatment.
• Maintain a clean facility throughout the day.
• Wash and dry laundry and ensure clean towels are available.
• Work as a team member to help ensure patients have a positive experience.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor.
• Keep a safe and orderly work environment.
• Answer phone calls and schedule patients as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
