About The Position

The Physical Therapist Aide serves as a liaison between patients and the Physical Therapist, assisting patients from arrival through departure and helping ensure a positive experience. JAG Physical Therapy is an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy company with more than 150 facilities across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. The role supports patient flow and clinic operations by assisting patients, maintaining cleanliness and order, handling laundry, and providing scheduling and phone support as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changing situations.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work as a team member and independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Call patients from the waiting room into treatment.
• Maintain a clean facility throughout the day.
• Wash and dry laundry and ensure clean towels are available.
• Work as part of the team to help provide patients with a positive experience.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor.
• Keep the work environment safe and orderly.
• Answer phone calls and schedule patients as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
