About The Position

The Physical Security Engineer joins BCG's design and project management team as a technical leader on hyperscale data center security programs. Construction administration activities include attending owner, architect, and contractor meetings, answering contractor RFIs, approving contractor submittals, and conducting onsite inspections and creating site observation reports to validate that construction follows our design plans. This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role working directly with senior leadership and clients. Sound technical judgment, follow-through, and a client-focused approach are essential.
