About The Position
This is a Locum Tenens position for a Physician specializing in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) in Davenport, IA. The role involves clinical duties and call coverage from September 14, 2026, ongoing. The physician will perform daily rounds on inpatients in the PM&R unit, participate in care conferences, collaborate with the hospitalist team for medication management, and supervise/coordinate care with support staff including 2 NPs. The goal is to provide comprehensive inpatient physical medicine and rehabilitation care.
Requirements
- Board-certified in PM&R
- Active IA License or IMLC
- Active DEA
- CSR/CDS
Responsibilities
- Perform daily rounds on inpatients in the PM&R unit.
- Participate in care conferences twice per week.
- Collaborate with the hospitalist team for medication management.
- Supervise and coordinate care with support staff including 2 NPs.
- Provide comprehensive inpatient physical medicine and rehabilitation care.
