The associate will review approval requests, ensure completion of operating and action measures, and inspect the physical existence of collateral, verifying borrower records for adherence to loan structures. The role also includes receiving direction from a supervisor for customer inquiries and disputes, reconciling discrepancies, assessing collateral condition, and reporting findings. Building customer relationships through setting inspection expectations, answering questions, and providing support is key. The associate will also schedule and route daily travel to customer locations, potentially involving overnight stays, to assess inventory condition and provide prompt, accurate reporting. The role may also involve responding to customer inquiries, documentation issues, billing errors, disputes, and program changes.
