PHY Systems Engineer – Mobility Control

About The Position
In this role, you will be a key member of the Systems Engineering team working on mobility control features for 5G and 6G wireless communication systems.
Requirements
- Understanding of 5G-NR standard: RRC and PHY specifically.
- Knowledge of Wireless Communication Systems.
- Strong theoretical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum requirement of a bachelors degree.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Matlab, C/C++, Javascript and/or Python for system-level simulation, workflow automation, data analysis and visualization.
- Familiar with NR reference signal design, cell search/measurement and mobility behavior is a plus.
- Familiar with key RRC signaling flows between UE and network is a plus.
- Ability to make proper design tradeoff considering power, performance and complexity.
- Experience with genAI tools to improve work efficiency, and data analysis / machine learning skills.
