The team is responsible for developing, sustaining, and continuously improving photomask manufacturing processes that support Micron’s memory and storage products. Team members collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and quality organizations to drive operational performance, yield improvement, and technology advancement. As a Photomask BEOL Sustaining Engineer, you will support and improve photomask manufacturing processes while driving continuous improvement initiatives across the production environment. This role provides opportunities to develop expertise in process engineering, root cause analysis, problem-solving, and project ownership. You will work closely with multi-functional teams to identify process improvements, resolve manufacturing issues, and ensure the delivery of high-quality photomasks that support advanced semiconductor technologies.
