As a Photomask Sustaining Engineering Intern, you will collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to investigate complex technical issues, uncover insights from production data, improve quality and cycle time, and develop innovative solutions that support world-class manufacturing. Along the way, you will gain hands-on experience in semiconductor manufacturing, data analytics, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to real production challenges with measurable impact. What You'll Learn: Photomask manufacturing fundamentals and the role sustaining engineering plays in supporting the manufacturing process. Practical application of AI and automation to improve engineering productivity and knowledge management. SEM/EDX theory, operation, and data interpretation for defect investigation and root cause analysis.SPC theory and application, including trend analysis, control charts, and process monitoring. Statistical analysis techniques used to identify process shifts, prioritize improvement opportunities, and drive data-based decisions.
