About The Position

ALO is seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Photo Retoucher to join its Creative Marketing team. The role focuses on maintaining the visual quality and consistency of digital assets across ecommerce and marketing channels in a fast-paced creative environment. The successful candidate will have a sharp eye for color, texture, and detail and will work with photographers, designers, and art directors to meet creative and technical standards.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional photo retouching experience, preferably in fashion, beauty, or ecommerce.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of image composition, color theory, and lighting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and consistency.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of Capture One, Lightroom, or other image editing software.

Nice To Haves

• Experience or interest in 3D modeling/rendering tools.
• Familiarity with AI-powered image generation tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily image retouching requests across a range of projects.
• Perform expert-level color correction of clothing and product imagery.
• Ensure consistency of tone, lighting, and brand aesthetics across ecommerce and digital marketing assets.
• Collaborate with photographers, designers, and art directors to meet creative and technical standards.
• Maintain organized file structures and follow workflow protocols for digital asset delivery.
• Identify and suggest improvements to processes and visual standards.
