About The Position
ALO is seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Photo Retoucher to join its Creative Marketing team. The role maintains the visual quality and consistency of digital assets across ecommerce and marketing channels, with a focus on color, texture, and detail in a fast-paced creative environment.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional photo retouching experience, preferably in fashion, beauty, or ecommerce.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of image composition, color theory, and lighting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of Capture One, Lightroom, or other image editing software.
Nice To Haves
- Experience or interest in 3D modeling or rendering tools.
- Familiarity with AI-powered image generation tools and techniques.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily image retouching requests across a range of projects.
- Perform expert-level color correction of clothing and product imagery.
- Ensure consistency of tone, lighting, and brand aesthetics across ecommerce and digital marketing assets.
- Collaborate with photographers, designers, and art directors to meet creative and technical standards.
- Maintain organized file structures and follow workflow protocols for digital asset delivery.
- Identify and suggest improvements to processes and visual standards.
