About The Position

This is a 100% remote, entry-level position for a motivated, dependable, and energetic Remote Phone Booker / Appointment Scheduler. The role involves contacting warm candidates who have already applied or expressed interest in career opportunities to schedule interviews and provide recruiting support. The primary focus is on candidate outreach, appointment scheduling, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Training, including scripts, systems, scheduling, and ongoing coaching, is provided. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who enjoy talking with people, staying organized, and helping others.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
