About The Position

Nadia Care is dedicated to improving maternal and birth outcomes, particularly for underserved communities. We aim to transform maternity care by providing compassionate, trust-based engagement and wrap-around support to expectant mothers. Our services include care navigation, doula support, and assistance with lactation, nutrition, housing, and transportation. We utilize technology for virtual engagement to meet mothers wherever they are, complementing their existing healthcare relationships by addressing health-related social needs not typically covered by doctors' offices. Our core values are empathy, collaboration, and resilience, driving us to center the experiences of the mothers and families we serve while supporting each other.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual Spanish speaking required
• Call center, sales, or community outreach experience
• Outgoing personality who is excited to bring our services to those who need them
• Good listening skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable with technology and digital platforms
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
• Demonstrated experience in taking direction, learn quickly, and working independently

Responsibilities

• Making calls to potential members, identifying their needs, and providing information about services offered
• Answering questions about Nadia Care and the membership journey
• Checking if potential members are eligible to enroll with Nadia Care
• Registering members with the program and scheduling their first appointment
• Maintaining databases by keeping member information up to date
• Collaborate with the Growth Team on feedback received from potential members
