This position follows a hybrid schedule with three (3) in-office days per week. Our office is located at 9 Technology Drive Irvine, CA. Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent years of work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age OR older
  • 6+ months of experience using Microsoft Excel
  • 6+ months of Customer Service Experience using phones and computers as primary job tools
  • Experience with computers and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
  • Bilingual fluency in English, Spanish, OR Vietnamese
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work an 8-hour shift schedule during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm PST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

  • Make Outbound calls, 100-120 per day to patients to schedule their annual wellness visits
  • Ask appropriate questions and listen actively to identify specific questions or issues while documenting required information in computer systems
  • Research complex issues across multiple databases and work with support resources to resolve customer issues and/or partner with others to resolve escalated issues
  • Responsible for 8-10 schedules to fill and monitor on a daily basis
  • Document calls with outcomes daily
  • Make reminder calls on rotating basis
  • Other duties as assigned
