About The Position

The Phone & Order Specialist is responsible for the front of the store, primarily taking orders over the phone, in the lobby, and at the drive-thru window. The team member will receive detailed training on using the order screen, entering orders correctly, and cashing out orders. The role also involves preparing orders for drivers, dispatching drivers, and preparing some food for rush periods.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Great communication skills.
• Great attitude.
• Some computer skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Self-motivation.
• Ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities
