About The Position

The Phone & Order Specialist is responsible for the front of the store, primarily taking orders by phone, in the lobby, and at the drive-through window. The team member will be trained to use the order screen, navigate it, enter orders correctly, and process payments. The role also includes preparing orders for drivers, dispatching drivers, and preparing some food for rush periods.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years old.
• Have great communication skills.
• Have a great attitude.
• Have some computer skills.
• Be able to multitask.
• Be self-motivated.
• Be able to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders over the phone, in the lobby, and at the drive-through window.
• Navigate the order screen and enter orders correctly.
• Cash out customer orders correctly.
• Prepare orders for drivers and dispatch them.
• Prepare some food for rush periods.
