About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Phone Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English is required
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with callers
  • Ability to analyze information and provide appropriate responses
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Proficient in data entry to accurately record information

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred
  • Experience in a medical office setting is advantageous
  • Multilingual abilities are beneficial for diverse customer interactions

Responsibilities

  • Answer high volume incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries or to provide information
  • Assist callers with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and general information
  • Maintain accurate records of phone conversations and interactions
  • Transfer calls to appropriate departments or individuals as needed
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
