The Contact Center Officer position is a full-time, non-exempt role located at the Grand branch in Laramie, WY. The hiring range is $18.50 - $19.00 per hour, depending on experience. This role involves handling incoming and outgoing calls, promoting and selling credit union products and services, managing voicemail, and establishing various financial accounts. The officer will also provide administrative support for consumer loans, issue ATM and debit cards, and ensure adherence to Credit Union policies and procedures. Responsibilities include responding to member inquiries, concerns, and complaints, identifying member needs, and recommending beneficial products. The role also involves correspondence, data entry, maintaining files, and assisting the Vice President of Operations as needed. Additionally, the Contact Center Officer will assist in training new staff and recommending policy changes. A key responsibility includes ensuring compliance with the Bank Secrecy and Anti-Money Laundering Acts.
