About The Position

We are seeking a lead to manage and coordinate our phone calling efforts and help candidates with their efforts. This is a crucial role in engaging with people over the phone to provide information, raise awareness, and encourage participation.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable speaking with a diverse range of people over the phone.
• Ability to follow a script while keeping conversations engaging.
• Basic computer skills for logging call data.
• Reliable and able to commit to scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to individuals using a provided script.
• Engage with community members, answer questions, and provide relevant information.
• Accurately record responses and update call logs in our system.
• Follow up with contacts as needed.
• Always maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
