Phone Appointment Scheduler
About The Position
Network Upgrade Phone Scheduler needed to schedule all locations for a network upgrade. About 5,000 locations need to be done by the end of 2026. The right candidate will have strong over the phone support experience, as they will be making many calls each day and talking with a lot of different end users. They should also have experience with data entry and strong organizational skills which will be critical to ensure everything gets scheduled correctly in order to meet these timelines. Must be able to work onsite Monday through Friday - 1st shift - 5 days a week - in Ann Arbor, MI Remote work from home days may be added based off performance in the role The internal employees will be filling out a form with the contact information for their contact information, and this person will be responsible for reaching out to those people and coordinating a time to complete their network upgrade, being cognizant of all other upgrades being scheduled, time zones, store hours, etc. This person will also be competing confirmation calls and validation calls of successful upgrades after the fact.
Requirements
- Strong over the phone support experience.
