Phlebotomy Technician I - Night Shift

About The Position
The Phlebotomy Technician I collects blood from inpatients, outpatients, and nursing homes according to established procedures and policies. The work includes capillary punctures and venipuncture on infants and adults, as well as radial arterial punctures on adults. The listed shift is 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Good work history in customer-service-skills-focused positions, with an emphasis on excellent attendance, strong work ethic, and teamwork abilities.
- Employees must be vaccinated or have lab-confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella.
- Employees must receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption.
Responsibilities
- Collect blood from inpatients, outpatients, and nursing homes according to established procedures and policies.
- Perform capillary punctures and venipuncture on infants and adults.
- Perform radial arterial punctures on adults.
