About The Position

Responsible for phlebotomy, specimen processing, customer service, and general office support in a clinic setting. This is an onsite float role. Float OPT staff provide flexible support by filling staffing gaps, covering peak hours, and assisting multiple locations. Team members are required to work at all locations within their home division. The Central Division includes Calhoun, Good Hope, North Hills Health Center, Springdale, Sussex, Tosa, Town Hall, Westbrook, WI Hearth and Vascular (Brookfield), and Shorewood. No scheduled weekends are indicated, though the source text ends with “unless.”

Requirements

Completion of an approved phlebotomy program of 6 months or related health care experience including direct patient contact is required.
Formal training in phlebotomy, Medical Assistant training or equivalent, or a Health Unit Coordinator diploma.
Knowledge of medical terminology.

Nice To Haves

Phlebotomy experience with a minimum of 100 venipunctures is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
ASCP certification is preferred.
