Phlebotomist (PRN, As Needed)
About The Position
This is a PRN (as needed) Phlebotomist position. The role requires the ability to understand instructions, reason, and make judgments. It also involves understanding the meaning of words, ideas, and their effective use, as well as performing arithmetic operations quickly and accurately. The position requires the ability to understand forms in space and the relationships of plane and solid objects, and to perceive pertinent details in pictorial, graphic, verbal, or tabular material. Additionally, the role demands the coordination of eyes, hands, fingers, and hands/feet with speed and accuracy in response to visual stimuli, and the ability to perceive similarities and differences in colors. The physical demands include lifting, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be current in BLS
Nice To Haves
- Phlebotomist certification is preferred but not required.
- Experience as a phlebotomist is preferred but not required.
