About The Position
Interim Healthcare Staffing is adding to our team of exceptional healthcare workers! We are currently hiring for a Phlebotomist to join our team in a clinic lab. As a Phlebotomist you play a crucial role in the diagnosis and treatment of patients and are a vital member of the healthcare team! This is a Full-Time position with clinical dayshift hours Monday-Friday, located in St. Louis Park, MN. The pay rate is $31 - $35/hour depending on experience.
Requirements
- One year of phlebotomy experience
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including appropriate use of English grammar and spelling.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and function in various different areas of healthcare.
Nice To Haves
- Phlebotomy certification
- Experience using Epic Beaker charting software in a clinical/hospital setting
Responsibilities
- Specimen collection/blood draws, some processing.
- Maintaining the lab.
- Submitting lab orders to 3rd part vendors and general support.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Other lab duties as assigned.
