About The Position

ClearChoice is seeking an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to place dental implants for patients wanting "All-on-X" solutions. This is a part-time, 1099 independent contractor role, working 1-2 days per week, with surgeries typically from 7 am to 11:00 am. The role offers the opportunity to transform patient lives and gain experience by performing 3 or more arches each day. The position offers excellent compensation paid on production in a high-volume practice, with no overhead and no non-competes. ClearChoice provides all necessary surgical equipment and an experienced surgical team. The surgeon will collaborate with a Prosthodontist for consults, treatment plans, and restorative work, while the management team handles business needs. The working environment is described as amazing, low stress, and without the need to manage referrals. Each ClearChoice Center is independently owned and operated by dental experts, offering comprehensive dental implant services with advanced technology including CBCT, IOS scanners, and an on-site lab.

Requirements

Graduate of a U.S. accredited four year dental school (DMD or DDS).
Post graduate U.S. surgical program with certificate to practice oral surgery.
Successfully passing a thorough background check.

Experience with the AO4 procedure.

Responsibilities

Perform dental implant surgery including the extraction of teeth and alveolectomy as necessary.
Provide safe and effective anesthesia services.
Work in close collaboration with Prosthodontist to help plan cases for the best possible results.
Conduct work in compliance with office policies and procedures, safety, OSHA, and MSDS guidelines.
