We are looking for a detail-oriented Phlebotomist to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring accurate and professional specimen collection services. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt seamlessly to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The Phlebotomist will be responsible for accurately completing patient paperwork, performing precise specimen collections (blood and urine), serving as a liaison between patients, clients, and laboratory staff, and adhering to all confidentiality, HIPAA, and compliance standards. The role also involves monitoring inventory, maintaining accurate client records, staying current on training, and collaborating with various team members.
