About The Position

This is a 3-month contract position for a Phlebotomist III - Floater in Cheboygan, MI. The role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and on-call, as well as travel to multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, handle multiple priorities in a high-volume setting, and demonstrate superior customer focus.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Three years of phlebotomy experience, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
Reliable transportation, valid driver license, and clean driving record (if applicable).
Keyboard/data entry experience.

Nice To Haves

Medical assistant or paramedic training.
Phlebotomy certification (required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment.
Customer service experience in a retail or service environment.

Responsibilities

Provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
Work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
Perform phlebotomy, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
Be flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.
Adhere to all Company Policies & Procedures, including dress code, Employee Health & Safety, and Everyday Excellence Guiding Principles.
Make decisions based on established procedures and exercise good judgment.
Travel and work flexible hours across multiple locations, including Patient Service Center/In-Office Phlebotomy locations with minimal notice.
Handle multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.
Demonstrate superior customer focus, communicate openly and transparently, accelerate and embrace change, and possess knowledge of the business.
