About The Position

This is a Phlebotomist III - Floater position requiring flexibility in schedule and location. The role involves providing quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections, and be available for varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime. The position requires reliable transportation and the ability to travel to multiple locations with short notice. A strong focus on customer service, communication, and adaptability is essential.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Three years of phlebotomy experience, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
Reliable transportation, valid driver license, and clean driving record (if applicable).
Keyboard/data entry experience.

Nice To Haves

Medical assistant or paramedic training.
Phlebotomy certification (required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment.
Customer service experience in a retail or service environment.

Responsibilities
