This position requires you to have a state phlebotomy license. Quest does not accept NHA licenses in CA, WA, NV. The Phlebotomist II Territory role involves travel within an assigned territory to deliver professional phlebotomy services at assigned Patient Service Centers (PSCs), Client Offices (IOPs), or other sites. The primary responsibilities include ensuring accurate specimen collection, patient identification, and adherence to testing protocols to support high-quality laboratory results. The role also requires effective communication to create a professional and efficient experience for patients, staff, and clients. Phlebotomists in this role work independently with a consistently low error rate and handle more complex collections and patient/client situations. They are expected to demonstrate the Quest 5Cs- Customer First, Care, Collaboration, Curiosity, and Continuous Improvement in all interactions to uphold service and operational excellence.
