Phlebotomist II Territory
About The Position
This position requires you to have a state phlebotomy license. Quest does not accept NHA licenses in CA, WA, NV. The Phlebotomist II Territory role is based in Pomona, CA, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and includes rotational weekends. The pay range is $25.80 - $27.65 per hour. Salary offers are determined by a variety of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and certifications. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible for annual performance bonus compensation. The role involves traveling within an assigned territory to provide professional phlebotomy services at designated Patient Service Centers (PSCs), Client Offices (IOPs), or other locations. Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate specimen collection, patient identification, and adherence to testing protocols to ensure high-quality laboratory results. Effective communication is essential to create a professional and efficient experience for patients, staff, and clients. The position requires the ability to work independently with a consistently low error rate and to manage more complex collection and patient/client situations. Demonstrating the Quest 5Cs – Customer First, Care, Collaboration, Curiosity, and Continuous Improvement – is expected in all interactions to maintain service and operational excellence. Responsibilities
- Travel within an assigned territory to deliver professional phlebotomy services at assigned Patient Service Centers (PSCs), Client Offices (IOPs), or other sites.
