Phlebotomist II Territory
About The Position
This position requires travel within an assigned territory to deliver professional phlebotomy services at assigned Patient Service Centers (PSCs), Client Offices (IOPs), or other sites. The role ensures accurate specimen collection, patient identification, and adherence to testing protocols to support high-quality laboratory results. It involves effective communication to create a professional and efficient experience for patients, staff, and clients. The Phlebotomist II Territory works independently with a consistently low error rate and handles more complex collections and patient/client situations. The role also requires demonstrating the Quest 5Cs- Customer First, Care, Collaboration, Curiosity, and Continuous Improvement in all interactions to uphold service and operational excellence.
Requirements
- State phlebotomy license (Quest does not accept NHA licenses in CA, WA, NV).
