About The Position
This position requires you to have a state phlebotomy license. Quest does not accept NHA licenses in CA, WA, NV. The Phlebotomist II Territory role is based in Oxnard, CA, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 05:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with rotational weekends. The pay range is $25.80 - $27.65 per hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation. This role involves travel within an assigned territory to deliver professional phlebotomy services at assigned Patient Service Centers (PSCs), Client Offices (IOPs), or other sites. The primary responsibilities include ensuring accurate specimen collection, patient identification, and adherence to testing protocols to support high-quality laboratory results. Effective communication is essential to create a professional and efficient experience for patients, staff, and clients. The role requires working independently with a consistently low error rate and handling more complex collections and patient/client situations. Demonstrating the Quest 5Cs- Customer First, Care, Collaboration, Curiosity, and Continuous Improvement in all interactions is crucial to uphold service and operational excellence.
